Opening:

• 11 in attendance
• Mike N open with Lord’s Prayer

Reports:

• Chris B gave the treasurer’s report. We have a balance of $3053.41
• Josh S read the minutes from the last meeting
• Nick L filled in the area for DCM because neither DCM nor Alt could attend. He reports that Luke B our Alt Delegate is trying to get better communication w all dcm, gsr, etc.
• Josh brought copies of the final reports from GSO.
• CPC report: Josh S told some about the outreach some have been doing in our area. Reaching out to lots of professionals in our district who come across potential alcoholics so that they know who and where we are.
• Grapevine report: John S thanked the district for its support and how it’s sparked interest in some others to carry the message. He still needs all the Grapevines he can get. A motion was made for the district to purchase 120 more Grapevines from the Grapevine office. The motion passed.

Old business:

• David P. started a Facebook page for the district to communicate better and pass information on. ((11) Area 1 District II | Facebook)
• David P still working on getting all of our district activities on the calendar on our website.
• Stephanie mentioned that she will need a few people to help set up and some other things for chili supper coming up. Most everyone volunteered.

New business:

• It was time to elect new positions.

  • Josh S nominated Stephanie I for Secretary-Motion Passed
  • David P. nominated Josh S for committee chair -Motion Passed
  • Josh S nominated Neil R for activities chair – Motion passed
